We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales Manager to join our growing academy. The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales to businesses, building relationships with corporate clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and target potential corporate clients and industry partners.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- To promote and offer highly customised training programmes to corporate clients to aid company training initiatives.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Work closely with training/product development team to curate training programmes based on clients training needs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and results to Directors.
Performance Management
- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring they are met or exceeded.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Strong network of corporate contacts and industry connections.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
