Role:
We are seeking a competent and highly motivated person to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is essential in driving our strategic initiatives and supporting our growth in the Singapore market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics and business proposal writing, with extensive experience in the Finance industry. As a Strategic Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in analyzing and interpreting complex data, crafting comprehensive business proposals, landscape analyses, and product proposals, and providing critical insights that shape our business strategies. Your expertise will directly influence the strategic direction and success of our B2C operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Business Development Director in the tabulation and analysis of statistical data across the Singapore entity.
- Develop and write detailed business proposals, landscape analyses, and product proposals.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Utilize data analytics tools to collect, analyze, and visualize data to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to the Business Development Director and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business development strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Candidates with a Master's Degree will have an added advantage.
- Proven experience in data analytics and business proposal writing, preferably in the Finance sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin will have an added advantage in order to work closely with our stakeholders based in our China office.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, BI).
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates who are driven will be considered.
