Job Description:
- Maintain and prepare full sets of financial and management accounts.
- Prepare month-end closing and consolidation of accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure effective cash flow management.
- Analyse, provide recommendations and implement improvements in accounting process and procedure.
- Support forecasting and budgeting exercises.
- Promptly prepare and submit statutory surveys and GST/WHT returns.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting standards, audit requirements and internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and TP agents.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy with at least 3-5 years of accounting and finance management experience in O&G / petrochemical trading firm.
- Those with experience in commodity finance, letter of credit, discounting, LC processing, Incoterms preferred.
- Knowledge of ACCPAC and Xero accounting systems preferred.
- Self-motivated, organised and meticulous.
