Job Description
- Acquire knowledge and learn of company's B2B education technology products.
- Understand amd engage the local and international B2B clients.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to maximize revenue.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Diploma in IT/ Business or related fields.
- At least 2 year relevant experience in SaaS or solution sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Experience in handling education sector accounts will have advantage.
- Strong client management & account servicing experience.
- Self-driven, independent and able to work in cross-team effort.
- English and Chinese/Bahasa language proficiency preferred.
