• Oversee of accounting functions of assigned Singapore entities
• Group consolidation
• Report to Group Finance Manager
• Responsible for inter-company reconciliation and other balance sheet account reconciliations
• Perform and provide the analysis and interpretation of financial
results/performance.
• Prepare company/Group financial statements and management reports
• Assist in annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts, monitor actual
performance against budget and report variances
• Assist in cash flow forecast
• Liaise with external parties and auditors for yearly audit and to provide all
required schedules or reports for audit and tax purpose.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate tax, GST, statutory and
legislative requirements.
• Able to meet reporting deadlines.
• Support the setup of new processes, regional entities, shared services, etc.
• Preferably with listed company experience
• Ability to handle ad hoc duties.
