Job Opportunity: Admin / Accounts Assistant


About Us:
We are a dynamic investment holding company with a diverse portfolio. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin / Accounts Assistant to support our operations and work with various external agencies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, data entry, and ensuring accurate account management.
  • Process invoices, payments, LC and receipts efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
  • Maintain precise records and files.
  • Liaise with external agencies such as corporate secretarial services and tax filing companies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with coordination of annual filings, audits and other compliance-related activities.
  • Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative or accounting roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB).
  • Experience working with external agencies like corporate secretarial services, banks and tax filing companies is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and regulations is preferred.
