Responsibilities:
Admin
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace.
- Manage office supplies inventory, order supplies as needed, and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Coordinate and support onboarding of new employees, including training and workspace setup.
- Implement and improve office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility management, including maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain records as required.
- Manage scheduling for meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
HR Support
- In-charge of talent acquisition (recruitment, retention, engagement)
- Support the finance team with budget management and expense tracking related to office operations.
- Handle learning and development function (TNA, training arrangement, follow-ups)
- Perform payroll as a back-up
- In-charge of on-boarding and off-boarding for employees
Requirements:
- Diploma of any discipline
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Possess good time management skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
