Job Responsibilities
· Identify and assess future and current training needs analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation Directors.
· Assist the Director in business development strategies, focusing on digital transformation products and services for our clients.
· Handling training management duties for ATO training including monitoring on training nomination by jobsite, and manage data in TP Gateway & Enterprise Portal .
· Liaising with external parties (SSG-WSG, TP, MOM, WSHC etc.) to ensure smooth facilitation of courses.
· Develop Training Plan and Evaluation system, oversee Training function.
· Perform Employment Agency personnel activity including advertising on MOM approval advertisement portal.
· Prepare routine progress reports on new and existing BD activities.
· Perform staffing activities for clients from various industries.
· Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements.
· Handle grievances, complaints and performance issues from candidates and clients alike.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Experience in Training Management, Recruitment and Operational Management
· Possess Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI-KAH)
· Good knowledge in e-learning platforms and practices.
· Practical experience with Office 365 and Training Management Systems (TMS).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Demonstrated drive to set and achieve aggressive goals while not compromising on the quality of the work
· Solid leadership skills and a proven ability to build great teams is required
· Proven analytical and project management skills
