Responsibilities:
- To handle inbound / outbound call and courier service.
- Welcome guests and clients warmly; determine their nature of visit, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Schedule and manage meetings or appointments, ensure there is no conflict, and keep the calendar up-to-date.
- Ensure the all visitors complying with the safety protocol.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filling, photocopying, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
