Job Description:
- Manage the setup and programming of customer machines according to their specifications.
- Offer customer support by addressing their needs and making optimal recommendations.
- Evaluate and assess customers’ workpieces to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Conduct training sessions on programming and machine operation for customers.
- Provide technical assistance to customers through phone or in-person consultations.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in the CNC machining field, especially with Turning and Machining Centers, is preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally, including to locations such as Batam, Indonesia.
