Job Description

An Application Sales Specialist supports product sales at a company or organization. As an Application Sales Specialist, your duties may include assessing customer needs, monitoring product lifecycle, and creating detailed reports on product sales information. You may also perform sales activities to customers, stay on top of current trends, and analyze the market demand. The career requires good knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service, and product development.

Essential Job Responsibilities

The Application Sales Specialist performs the major functions listed below. The position may require additional duties/responsibilities that may not be outlined below, and specific functions are subject to change.

· Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends to achieve company revenue goals

· Coordinate with business partners in product registration with the Health Science Authority of Singapore (HSA)

· Sales for all company products and new product launches activities

· Keeping up to date on product knowledge of business partners and market dynamics

· Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.

· Maintaining proper documentations for all product related activities.

· Meeting Health Science Authority (HSA), Environmental Safety (NEA) and/or all other applicable regulatory

requirements.

· Working as a member of the team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.

Qualifications & Requirements

The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to successfully perform this role. However, any equivalent combination of experience, education and training, which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities, would be acceptable, subject to any legal and/or regulatory requirements.

· Diploma and or Bachelor's degree in related Biomedical field with one or more years' experience in related medical device industry.

· Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based

service process.

· Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.

· Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job.

· Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

· Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical

issues in an easy to understand manner.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment.

· Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.

· Strong time management skills.

· Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

· Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills

· Attention to detail.

· Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities. Able to work productively in a pressurized environment.

· Ethical and trustworthy.
