Job Responsibilities:
The Test Development Engineer (TE) is responsible for the development and implementation of new test methodology and automation to support BAW and SAW Filter products as they advance from development to production. The TE reports to Test Automation Manager and will work with design, development and NPI to support engineering test requirements during the new product introduction process with the vision to optimize production testing as well.
Responsibilities of this position include supporting engineering test activities pertaining to the validation and characterization of new product designs and process changes. Additionally, the TE will work on development of new test capabilities as well as optimization of existing manufacturing and reliability testing through automation.
- Liaison with design, development and NPI teams to support enhanced test requirements for new products through the support of new test capabilities
- Implement and execute product characterization tests in a lab environment to support changes to production process
- Optimize existing test processes in characterization and reliability to improve efficiency and reduce costs through test automation
Job Requirements:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Science with min 5 years of relevant experience.

- Experience with computer programing as it pertains to Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
- Strong knowledge of RF and Mixed Signal Test Instrumentation and methods
- Background in lab testing including design and implementation of experiments
- Strong product engineering support skills for test debug in lab and in production line
- Understanding of wafer fabrication process is considered an asset
