Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals and generate new business leads. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital and print. Manage and allocate budgets for marketing projects.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee online marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Leverage digital channels to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers. Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Product Marketing: Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Conduct competitive analysis and positioning.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation in marketing approaches. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, product development and R&D) to ensure cohesive strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and engagement.
  • Partnerships and Events: Identify and establish strategic partnerships. Organize and participate in industry events and trade shows.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing / Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing. Experience in a successful start-up and knowledge of the animal feed and fertilizer sectors are advantageous.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term marketing strategies and plans.
  • Analytical and Presentation Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends and ability to present findings to management for informed decision-making.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinking for developing unique marketing campaigns.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to communicate with non-native English speakers.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
