Position: Customer Service Officer
Location: Ngee Ann City, Tower B
Salary Range: $2,600 to $3,000
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
Outlet operation hours as follows :
- Weekdays: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a seamless experience at all times.
- Assist with inquiries and appointment bookings
- Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals and maintain high standards.
