ACC Institute of Human Services is a private educational institution (PEI) registered with Committee for Private Education (CPE) specializing in diploma courses in Special Needs, Counselling Psychology, and Psychology. Our mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills to make a meaningful impact in their communities. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Education Sales Consultant to help us expand our reach.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Enrolment:
- Identify and engage prospective students interested in Special Needs, Counselling Psychology, and Psychology diploma courses.
- Provide detailed information on course offerings, benefits, and career prospects to potential students.
- Guide prospective students through the enrolment process, from initial inquiry to course registration.
Lead Generation:
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective students, ensuring regular follow-up and communication.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, providing personalized advice and support.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and market feedback to the institution's management team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in education sales, student recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge or interest in Special Needs, Counselling Psychology, and Psychology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bonus if able to converse in Mandarin to liase with Mandarin-speaking students
Compensation
- This is a commission-based role tied directly to the number of students enrolled through your efforts.
