We are seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time consultant.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills,strong command of the English language.The candidate will be responsible for providing customers advice for planning and guidance on application. The candidate will have passion and patience.
Responsibilities
1. Provide customers with full-process planning for applications, guidance on filling out information collection forms, answering questions, coordination and follow-up of application processes, etc.
2. Coordinate the preparation of application materials and filling out the online application system, and undertake part of this work content in emergency situations.
3. Meet customer needs, provide solutions to problems raised by customers and arrange implementation.
4. Ensure the efficiency and quality of project process management;
5. Other work arranged by Line Manager.
Requirements
1.Singapore PR/Citizen ONLY.
2.Bachelor’s degree in English,Education,or a related field.
3.Related working experience preferred.
4.Good English verbal and written communication skills.
5.Good communication skills, able to communicate with customers patiently and logically, and provide professional guidance.
