Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and manage Windows server operating systems, including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor server health, performance, and resource utilization, and take proactive measures to optimize server performance.
- Conduct regular maintenance activities, including patch management, server updates, and system backups.
- Monitor and analyze server logs for security breaches, anomalies, or performance issues, and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
- Respond to server-related incidents, service requests, and problems reported by end-users or the IT support team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Windows Server Administrator in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, such as Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Proficiency in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Services,
- Experience with server virtualization technologies, such as VMware
- Solid understanding of networking protocols, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
