Job description
As Technology PMO Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Head of Department in the implementation of processes to maintain clear oversight of all on-going projects and initiatives.
- Supporting ongoing tracking of technology forums and discussions
- Ensure all requirements are aligned with internal stakeholders and communicated to vendors.
- Mitigate project risks impacting scope, time, quality and cost of deliverables in a timely manner.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all relevant parties.
- Preparation of project updates and reports to senior management
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science, Engineering or similar.
- At least 3 years of project management or PMO experience ideally in a large-scale program, technology-focused or financial services environment.
- Working experience in requirements analysis, full project lifecycle up till production cutover.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies and project management software such as MS Project, JIRA
- Well-organized, attention to detail, ability to multi-task.
- Problem-solving skills (analysis, options, driving decision).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
