Generate full account and keeping accounting records up to date
Process daily accounting activities such as payments and invoicing timely
Handle accounting duties
Process petty cash claims
Handle general's enquiries and administrative work.
Cross-check, ensure all transaction entries accurately recorded into company ERP system
Filing of documents
Generate daily report etc
Work pass administration including application, renewal and cancellation
Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS, IRAS and all other government-related claims
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior and Management
