1.) Must be NACE Coating Inspector Level 2 certified above with more than 8 years related work experience.
2.) Manage group of Supervisor / Foremen to get the job done.
3.) Liaise with Yard personnel, Coating inspector or Owner rep and attend all the production meetings.
4.) Job planning, set up the equipment, disperse the work force, and carry out periodical inspection.
5.) Carry out pre inspections, make sure job done according to requirements and specifications, and assist to rectify if there is any improper work.
6.) Conduct thorough inspections of painting activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
7.) Perform visual inspections, adhesion tests, and thickness measurements to assess the quality of paint coatings.
8.) Create detailed inspection reports, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
9.) Provide guidance and training to painting supervisors, ensuring their adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
