The Digital Growth Manager is responsible for driving growth and increasing business through digital channels and initiatives. Their primary role is to develop and execute digital strategies that promote business expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue generation by leveraging the collective expertise and capabilities within the internal Plus agency.
Main activities:
•Manage a team of digital specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
•Oversee the overall planning, staffing, and resource allocation of the content management team to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
•Support client relationship management along with project and account managers to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and retention.
•Formulate and implement digital strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives. This involves identifying digital opportunities, defining goals, and creating roadmaps for digital initiatives.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert consulting and ensure seamless execution and delivery of digital projects.
•Identify operational efficiencies & identifies and socializes content production best practices.
•Animate the content management community by providing training sessions, sharing industry trends, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
