Admin cum Account Assistant

Able Fire Control Pte Ltd

Job Description:

1) Data Entry and scan documents.

2) Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger using Xero Software

3) Issue invoices, processes payments and receipts

4) Prepare monthly statement of accounts and bank reconciliation

5) Process petty cash disbursement, staff claims

6) Chasing of outstanding payment

7) Establish and maintain strong contacts and relationships with customers

8) Respond to all phone calls and reply emails

9) Perform other routine administrative activities according to our Company's procedures.

10) Monthly Simple Stock Take.

11) Training will be provided.

12) Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

13) Contacting customer for details of servicing or maintenance schedule and others.
