Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure works are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on the progress of ACMV works.
- Assist the Project Manager on all ACMV matters including preparing ACMV Master Construction and T&C Schedule.
- Responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of ACMV projects according to schedule
- Coordinate a team of supervisors, workers and sub-contractors to ensure proper execution of works
- Fulfill required site administration
- Attend site meetings
- Carry out necessary actions to ensure smooth progression of site works
- Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, materials and as-built drawings
- Handover of site to client
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in ACMV or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit etc
- Possess the necessary knowledge in ACMV to carry out the works dutifully
- At least 2 years’ experience in ACMV or relevant field
- Able to understand construction ACMV drawing
- Able to work in a team or independently
- Direct work experience in the construction industry.
