Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Manufacturing Engineer to join our client’s team in Singapore. The Manufacturing Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and driving efficiency within the semiconductor production environment. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and yield in semiconductor production.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Analyze production data and identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all manufacturing processes.
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the manufacturing environment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure best practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Manufacturing Engineering, with a focus on the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
• Experience with process optimization, yield improvement, and quality control in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
