Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Industrial Sales Engineer to join our client’s team in Singapore. The Industrial Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical expertise within the industrial automation sector. This role involves managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the industrial automation sector.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
  • Provide technical consultation and support to clients, assisting them in selecting and implementing the best automation solutions for their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to effectively position our client’s offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and customer proposals to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Sales Management within the industrial automation industry.
  • Strong background in Customer Service, with an emphasis on technical support for automation solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of the engineering and manufacturing sectors, particularly in industrial automation processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in industrial sales within the automation industry is highly preferred.
