You will support the team in the long-term planning and development of NUP’s infrastructure projects and adoption of emerging technologies ensuring seamless integration with operation, improve productivity, and enhance efficiency to support the delivery of value care.
You are expected to:
- Understand and plan for polyclinics developments in alignment with the latest MOH’s services and norms.
- Work with end users to develop Schedules of Accommodation (SOA) and gather their requirements.
- Monitor and/or procurement of consultancy and construction packages for the implementation of the projects.
- Monitor the utilisation of the approved budget and provide regular updates to Management
- Monitor the procurement of furniture, fixtures and equipment in alignment to the schedule of building works.
- Work with internal stakeholders for the operational readiness by organising the launch of the new building with the end users, including the relocation from any existing polyclinics (if any).
- Provide the necessary support in areas such as strategic budgeting, manpower development and pipeline, clinical services, quality, technology, etc.
- Perform any other duties assigned by your Reporting Officer.
Job requirements:
- Good degree in Building, Architecture, Project & Facilities Management or Engineering
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience planning and development, preferably in healthcare sector
- Possess excellent written and verbal communications.
- Resourceful and analytical, with ability to synergise data concisely for decision support
- Systems thinking and good in strategic planning.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
