Sales Personnel

WOLFF Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the construction materials and hardware industry. This role requires an individual who is proactive, willing to engage in door-to-door sales, and comfortable attending face-to-face meetings with potential clients. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Actively seek out and identify new sales opportunities through door knocking, cold calling, and networking.
  • Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct sales meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and propose suitable products and solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings, including construction materials, hardware, plumbing, and heating equipment.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to the sales manager.
  • Customer Support: Provide after-sales support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction materials, hardware, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with door-to-door sales and conducting face-to-face meetings.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
  • Ideally: Have a Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education:

  • A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
