We are seeking a highhly organised and detailed oriented Medical Records Officer to join our hospital client.
- Available immediate
- $12 per hour
- Central Location, accessible by MRT
In this role, you will:
- Maintain and organize patients' medical histories and records both physically and electronically in accordance with the hospital's filing system.
- Scan and digitize hard copies of medical records, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Properly tag and index scanned documents for easy reference.
- Handle cartons of documents as needed.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned to support the department's needs.
Requirements:
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 8.30am- 5.30pm (Exclude Public Holiday)
- Meticulous and thorough in handling records and documents.
- Able to start work immediately
- Proficient in computer use and familiar with basic PC operations
