Job Description
- Requires to be on multi-site support rotation covering the area of ISM.
- End user support & administration covering the areas of :Email
IP Telephony
PC Hardware trouble-shooting
Office automation software
LAN and WAN Access
IT Security Adherence, Compliance and Standards
IT-related technical setup to support the business needs & requirements.
- Plan, acquire, and coordinate installation of software and hardware across the organization’s network.
- Manage and ensure effectiveness of servers, including email, print and backup servers and their associated OS and software.
- Manage and ensure optimal operation of all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, UPSs and so on.
- Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus solutions and intrusion detection systems.
- Conduct research and make recommendations on network products, services, protocols and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.
- Establish best practices and policies on desktop support for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting.
- Establish SLA with end users.
- Approve and administer user accounts, permissions and access rights.
- Develop and deploy methodologies for testing network performance and providing statistics and reports.
- Maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation.
- Checking on systems and application.
- Internal and external communication in regards to the IMS, including communication with external parties such as customers and contractors/suppliers.
- ISO-related administration relating to ISM is in accordance with the Company’s certification requirement.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT
- Degree in Information Technology or related
- Possess good interpersonal skills to communicate & support different stakeholders
- IT support for 2 main office sites located in East of Singapore
