Corporate Secretarial Manager, SGX -Listed
Our client, a SGX listed co is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Corporate Secretarial, to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with SGX listing rules and relevant regulations, advise the Board on governance best practices, and maintain statutory records.
- Organize and manage Board and committee meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and resolutions, and provide administrative support.
- Manage communications with shareholders, organize AGMs and EGMs, and handle inquiries from stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and maintain corporate documents and ensure proper filing of records and legal documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Chartered Secretary or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 8 years of corporate secretarial experience, preferably with an SGX-listed company.
- Strong knowledge of SGX listing rules, Companies Act, and corporate governance practices.
