Job Descriptions:
- Registration of new proposal submissions into system.
- Process policy amendment requests coming from daily inflow of documents received.
- Processing incoming New Business applications workflow .
- Sending of emails to intermediaries, informing of outstanding requirements / actions for assessment and policy inception.
- Manning the NBU counter, attending to intermediaries’ enquiries and acknowledgement on submission of new business documents (on rotational basis).
- Attending to email enquiries / requests coming from intermediaries.
- Assist on policy premium billings / refunds and despatch matters.
- Coordinate and collaborate with intermediaries and internal stakeholders to ensure daily work issues are resolved to provide appropriate and timely services to customers.
- Other duties include (but not limited to), back-up duties during team member’s absence and other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company; and
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
