Work Location: Marina One - The Heart
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming messages, and willing to answer occasional calls off usual working hours
• Handle all enquiries on the different platforms
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution
• Keeps records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Handle refund, returns for goods sold
• Measure level of customer satisfaction in the assigned accounts
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by immediate manager, when required
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any related field
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in customer service position will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and email writing ability
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently
• Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Good time management
• Comfortable with pets
