Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead project implementation, new tools, technologies and processes according to SEAI policies (aligned with HQ’s direction and policy)
- Partner with HQ, regional offices, and functional stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for implementation of new technologies.
- Collect regular feedback through surveys and communication sessions with Japan HQ and regional offices improvements.
- Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues and solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business according to SEAI and HQ’s policy and guidelines.
- Provide advice and inputs to The Management for IT Operations and Support strategy planning and report to Japan HQ team and local supervisor.
- Conducts briefing session arrange for internal training sessions related for new technologies / software implementation in Singapore and regional offices.
- Implementation and monitoring of security policy and controls to ensure compliance to security policies, regulations, rules, and norms according to SEAI policy (aligned with HQ’s policy).
- Main window person to have regular communication with HQ and Regional offices including translation of IT direction and policy from Japanese to English and vice versa including new project’s information, Operations Manual, training materials etc.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor and management.
- Day to day communication and advice to outsourcing vendors.
- Support IT team management and report to supervisor.
Requirements:
- Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or equivalent
- Ability to communication with Japan team and translate Japanese documents into English and vice versa
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- At least 6-8 years of experience in Managing Project Implementations
- Continuous acquisition of knowledge of new IT technology, keen to keep abreast of latest developments and trends such as generative AI
- Authentication infrastructure building skills by using Cloud service. E.g. Azure AD
- Network monitoring and management skills by new technologies. e.g. SDWAN
- Experience in Digital Transformations
