Hi Everyone,
An established leading Financial Institution is looking for a Technical Information Security Officer (TISO). This is a leadership role where you will be leading a small team.
Your new role
· Conduct technical assessments of security controls.
· Perform technical information security risk assessments on business applications throughout the development lifecycle, including SDLC, Agile, and Iterative methodologies.
· Responsible for identifying and managing key risk indicators (KRI) and IT security controls.
· Drive initiative to enhance information security, processes, standard and policies to ensure alignment with regulations and frameworks.
· Collaborate with technical domain experts – Architects, Project Managers, Technical Leads
· Interface with Risk, Internal Audit, External Audit, and regulatory bodies during audits
· Develop Cyber Security Training Programs and campaigns to cultivate security awareness
What you’ll need to succeed
· At least 7 years of experience in Information Security Role
· Strong experience in Information Security control areas including Authentication/Authorization, Access Controls, Cryptography, Encryption, Network, Application/System Security etc.
· Proficiency in SDLC, Agile/Iterative, DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies, and their integration with comprehensive security assessments.
· Experienced in Information Security, technology risk, and data protection frameworks (e.g., MAS TRM, PDPC PDPA).
· Expertise in Cloud Security – AWS / Azure
· Experience in a senior leadership role overseeing cybersecurity strategy in Financial Institutions.
