We're looking for a motivated and creative individual to help drive our brand forward and support our efforts in reaching students across Singapore, China, India, and South-East Asia.

What You’ll Do

• Support Global Growth: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase international student enrolment and promote Stalford Academy as a leading choice for education.
• Enhance Engagement Efforts: Help design and coordinate pre- and post-enrolment programs that provide comprehensive support to parents and students.
• Collaborate on Marketing Campaigns: Work alongside the marketing team to create and execute innovative campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring maximum impact.
• Build and Maintain Partnerships: Assist in managing relationships with student recruitment agencies, including the selection, training, and performance monitoring processes.
• Represent Our Academy: Participate in international recruitment events and fairs, representing our academy to prospective students and their families.
• Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends within the private education sector and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Enhance the Student Experience: Support the management of the student lifecycle, from admission to graduation, ensuring a positive and smooth experience for all.
• Strengthen Our Digital Presence: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our website and social media channels to engage our global audience effectively.
• Assist in Creative Collaboration: Work with external vendors to help develop and distribute high-quality marketing materials that align with our brand.

Who You Are

• Educated and Enthusiastic: You hold a diploma in any discipline and have experience in Sales and/or Marketing, preferably within the education sector.
• A Strong Communicator: Your communication and interpersonal skills allow you to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.
• Detail-Oriented and Organized: You bring a systematic approach to your work, ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient in Microsoft Office and have a basic understanding of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
