Main Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients sales & after-sales service
- Provide high standard of customer sale services to ensure the services meet and even exceed customers’ expectations
- Handle customer enquiries and after sales with professional manner
- Build long term relationship with customers
- Ensure that the proper procedures are strictly followed
- Able to hold a strong conversation and negoitation
- Able to work independently highly motivatated to meet clients
Your background and competencies/skills
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience in the pre owned retail industry
- Able to work on weekends
- Good communication skills
- Possess initiative, meticulous and details oriented
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
- Service-minded and sales-driven
- Honest and positive attitude towards work and the customers
- Highly motivated to meet customer outdoor or indoor
- Valid class 3 license with min 3 years driving experience compulsory
- Good social media skill added advantage
