You are responsible for managing and replying emails on customer complaints, shipping orders and technical enquiries. Other warehouse operations including printing air waybill (AWB) and inventory tracking. You must be interested in coffee machines and its technicalities.
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day emails, responding to user enquiries and resolving technical problems calmly and promptly.
- Patient and possess excellent communication skills to provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment manager to ensure seamless integration of email enquiries with the correct order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment manager on warehouse operations including daily inventory tracking, printing air waybill (AWB) and order fulfillment
- Maintain the company's email protocol and professionalism.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
