Sales Executive / Account Manager / Business Development Executive
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $3,000 per month
- Commissions: 10% on each successful sale
- Contract Duration: 3 or 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for selling PSG grant packages to potential clients, helping them leverage government funding to enhance their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential clients to offer PSG grant packages.
Understand clients' needs and recommend the appropriate package that suits their business.
Clearly explain the benefits of the PSG grant, including how it can cover 50% to 90% of the package cost.
Close deals with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Maintain and update records of client interactions and sales activities.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Package Details:
- Package Price: $7,000
- Client Out-of-Pocket Cost: Either 50% or 10% of the package price, depending on the grant coverage.
Clientele:
- Join a company with over 300 clients, including well-known brands like Ohmyhome, giving you a robust portfolio to work with.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in selling services or products to SMEs.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with government grants, especially the PSG, is a plus.
