Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management, to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical capabilities.
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making processes, providing insights through detailed reports and dashboards.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance meet business requirements. Work closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand new systems and processes. Create user manuals and training materials as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements and status.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system specifications, configurations, and process changes to facilitate ongoing support and future enhancements.
- Ensure that all systems and processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT system analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficient in system analysis and design, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in project management or the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project), data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools), and system modeling tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing business environments.
