Job Description
Handle full set of accounts, GST, tax matters
Responsible for AR and AP functions
Prepare and send monthly statement of accounts to debtors
Handle cash book and bank reconciliation
Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
Prepare /enter/upload journals for month end closing
Maintain fixed asset register and movement
Maintain inventory and inventory movement
Hands on experience with Xero and Cin7 preferred
Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
O level & Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Experience in an Accounting function with 2 years working experience
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with customer and vendors
Strong team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
Able to work independently
