Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Education Sector


Location: Aljunied

**Introduction:**

Join our dynamic team dedicated to fostering educational excellence! We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our educational institution. In this role, you will ensure smooth and efficient operations, contributing to a positive learning environment for students, faculty, and staff.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Office Management: Oversee daily administrative functions, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace is orderly and welcoming.

- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Coordinate logistics for faculty and student activities, including room bookings and equipment setup.

- Record Keeping: Manage and update student and faculty records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Handle document preparation, filing, and data entry tasks.

- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Facilitate communication between departments, students, and parents.

- Support Services: Provide administrative support to faculty and administrative staff, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

- Event Assistance: Help organize and coordinate school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other educational activities.

- Student & Parent Interaction: Assist with student and parent inquiries, providing information and resolving issues as they arise. Support the onboarding and orientation process for new students and families.

- Compliance & Procedures: Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures. Assist with the implementation of new administrative protocols and systems.


**Qualifications:**

- Education: No Requirements

- **Experience:** Previous administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting, is highly desirable.

- **Skills:**

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
