Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of growth strategies for international markets, with a focus on user acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization through social media marketing.
- Collaborate with the team to leverage social media platforms globally, using data analysis to identify and optimize key channels and methods for user acquisition across diverse regions.
- Utilize various languages skills such as English and Japanese language skills (for the Japan market) to craft and localize content for social media campaigns, ensuring effective communication and engagement across different regions.
- Assist in building and refining user segmentation systems, creating targeted social media campaigns tailored to various international audiences.
- Edit and create short videos for social media platforms, enhancing content appeal and driving user engagement.
- Monitor global social media trends and competitor activities to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective in different markets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or media related studies
- Demonstrated interest in social media marketing, user growth, and data analysis on an international scale, supported by coursework, internships, or relevant projects.
- Experience in short video editing and creation, with a portfolio or examples of work being a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential, as the role involves frequent communication with colleagues based in China who can only speak in their native language.
