Responsibilities:
- Manage the whole sales process, from meeting customers to processing orders and following up on deliveries.
- Provide technical help to customers, find new clients, and grow existing relationships.
- Create and implement sales strategies, mentor junior staff.
- Work with other teams to solve problems, and analyze market trends for improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering field.
- Must have own a car.
- 5 years of experience in technical sales with a strong sales track record.
- Leadership experience in mentoring or leading a sales team.
