Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Executive will have the overall responsibility for developing and implementing omni-channel sales and marketing strategies and initiatives in the Singapore market, working closely in a lean team of four: Two Sales & Marketing Executives, Marketing & E-commerce Executive and General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Operations
- Manage and operate online (brand website and marketplaces) and offline (department stores) sales channels
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts and partners
- Plan and execute sales promotions and campaigns
- Analyze and review sales targets and performance
- Ensure product assortment is fully optimized and inventory is apportioned amongst key accounts
- Perform monthly retail store visits and stock checks
- Manage a team of retail sales promoters
- Handle customer enquiries together with the team - marketplaces, emails, phone calls and face-to-face interactions
Marketing
- Synchronize with Sales and Marketing team to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
- Develop strategies to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention
Requirements
- 2 years of Sales, Marketing and E-commerce experience, preferably involving Consumer Goods/Retail
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business related fields
- Good communication skills
- Good command of the English language; proficiency in Chinese would be an advantage
- Willingness to work in a small team
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Result-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment
