Manager - Business System Analyst
This is a global role where you will perform as a Technology Consultant, supporting customer-facing applications. You may focus on a specific platform or product, or work across multiple platforms, to aid in the development and launch of products in specific regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help create and launch global customer facing applications.
- Understand customer needs to develop specifications for improving existing features or creating new ones on different platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align goals with product development projects.
- Assist in developing business solutions from concept to launch, managing multiple products and projects as needed.
- Ensure projects and programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and governance standards.
- Help create documentation, training materials, and support processes.
- Contribute to product roadmaps and support product release planning.
- Use analytics tools to track application performance and user behavior, providing insights for ongoing improvement and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing customer-facing technology/solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Experience in project management and stakeholder management.
- Self-motivated individual and a team player.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver global-scale solutions (high-volume and mission-critical).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to engage and manage key stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects at once.
