Overview
We are in search of an accomplished Infrastructure Project Manager to lead critical projects from inception to completion. This role involves detailed planning, execution, and oversight to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, customer needs, and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will excel in managing cross-functional teams, resources, and stakeholder communications to deliver exceptional infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
- Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Define goals and deliverables in partnership with senior leadership.
- Execution & Oversight: Lead project meetings, manage budgets and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main liaison for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations effectively.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring smooth execution.
- Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative environment and addressing any conflicts.
- Innovation & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for product growth and enhancement based on market analysis and trends.
- Implementation: Provide insights for product portfolio decisions, create best practices, and evaluate business opportunities.
- Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, analyze costs, and generate financial reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Project Closure: Conduct final evaluations, document lessons learned, and ensure a smooth handover to operations teams.
2. Cross-Functional Support
- Participate in change management and major incident discussions to support operational stability and effective vendor collaboration.
3. Additional Responsibilities
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed, maintaining adherence to corporate culture and compliance standards.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
PMP certification is highly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in project management, ideally within financial services. Proven track record in delivering complex projects.
