The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Secretarial Senior Manager to join their team. In this role, you will ensure compliance with statutory requirements and corporate governance rules, particularly for entities listed on NYSE and OSE. Your role includes managing board and shareholder meetings, drafting legal documents, providing regulatory advice, and supervising staff to ensure smooth department operations.
You will be part of a well drilled team handling international corporate secretarial matters and group corporate affairs.
Requirements:
- Chartered Secretary with 15+ years of corporate secretarial/legal experience.
- 10+ years in a supervisory role with expertise in company law and corporate governance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
