· Serve and manage customer’s expectations with the delivery of quality customer service.

· Housekeeping of the store & maintain excellent store appearance.
· Upkeep visual merchandising standards.
· Assist in the day-to-day outlet operations including stock handling, stock-take and documentation.
· Compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
· Good performance in the lifestyle retail sector.
· Candidates with experience in pawnbroking or goldsmith retail industry will be considered for senior position.
· Confident, positive with a client-oriented attitude.
· Reliable, willing to learn, and a good team player.
