About Us and Your Role:
At Recruit Lync, we are a team of consultants specializing in diverse industries, all dedicated to excellence for both clients and candidates.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Exploration & Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research, utilize various channels, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Effective Sales Strategies & Closures: Employ skilled negotiation tactics, create compelling proposals, and secure new client contracts.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, tailor customized solutions, and offer continuous support.
- Sourcing & Evaluation of Candidates: Utilize diverse platforms, conduct thorough assessments, and ensure strong matches with clients.
- Oversight of the Recruitment Process: Streamline the end-to-end recruitment process, advertise job openings, and oversee the onboarding process.
Entry Requirements:
- Must hold a "Certificate of Employment Intermediaries" (CEI) License.
- Previous experience working in a recruitment agency as a Recruitment Consultant.
- Maintain a reliable internet connection and have a suitable home office setup.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
