Contract Period:
- Initial Term: 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
- Option to Extend: The contract may be extended for an additional year (1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026) at the Authority’s discretion.
Working Hours:
- Personnel A (Morning Shift): Monday to Friday, 6:45 am - 12:45 pm (30-minute break)
- Personnel B (Afternoon Shift): Monday to Friday, 11:30 am - 5:30 pm (30-minute break)
- No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Scope of Services:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative and receptionist support, including handling calls, managing schedules, and greeting visitors.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service and manage inquiries from students, parents, and staff.
- Organizational Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Operational Support: Help with basic office functions including printing, copying, and temporary storage of records.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or receptionist roles.
- Preferred Background: Previous experience in an MOE Primary School setting.
- Education: GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Additional Training: First-aid training preferred but not required
